Draft — not legal advice
Terms of use
Draft of October 25, 2026. For review before the beta opens wider.
- Money with Mo is a free beta. It may change, break, or stop.
- It does arithmetic with your data; it isn’t financial advice. Check anything important with your bank.
- Your data stays yours, and you can delete it at any time.
The beta
Money with Mo is in a private beta: free, by invitation, and still being built. Features may change or be removed, and things may not always work. We may end the beta, with notice where we can.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and invited.
- One person per account. Keep your sign-in to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under it.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
Not financial advice
The app works out figures — safe to spend, payoff dates, budgets — from the data it is given. The data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and so can the figures. They are a guide, not a promise or a recommendation. Decisions about your money are yours; for important ones, check your bank and talk to a professional.
Your bank connection
Bank data comes through SimpleFIN Bridge, a separate service with its own terms and its own price (at the time of writing, $1.50 a month or $15 a year, paid to them). The connection is read-only: neither Money with Mo nor SimpleFIN can move money.
Using it fairly
Don’t try to get into anyone else’s data, overload or attack the service, copy it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
Your data, and your feedback
Your data is yours. You let us store and process it to run the app for you, as the privacy policy describes. If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the app, with no obligation to you.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time, in Account. We may end your access if these terms are broken, or when the beta ends.
No guarantees
The beta is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it or relying on its figures. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes, and questions
If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect. Questions: muhammadmelbadri@gmail.com.
